Being committed to the protection, happiness and health of children and with a background in leadership in the insurance industry, for almost 10 years I have led Morton Michel, childcare insurance specialists. I build meaningful long-term partnerships to ensure continued protection and added value to the sector. Being active in raising standards, we are Founding Partners of the Children’s Activities Association, and I am the current Membership Committee Director. When not work, being a grandparent of 2 , I can often be seen at a class or two, always flying the flag!

Being a grandparent, I still see the huge benefits of classes in developing children’s confidence, skills and happiness. My 2 children still retain their love of their respective sports following involvement in clubs from a young age. Chairing the Advisory Board, is a privilege and gives me the opportunity to be involved in an innovative project which can make a difference to children, families and the many businesses that form this great community.
