Lucy is the UK Managing Director of babyballet®, with over 13 years of experience in the children’s activities industry. Having started as a Saturday assistant, she has gained invaluable insight into various roles, helping babyballet® grow into a nationally loved brand. Passionate about inclusivity, Lucy champions opportunities for young children to express themselves through dance. Inspired by her own grandmother’s support, she is committed to ensuring grandparents feel welcome in children's activities, strengthening intergenerational bonds.

As someone whose own journey into dance was nurtured by my grandmother, I know first hand the incredible role grandparents play in children’s lives. At babyballet®, we’ve always embraced grandparents in our classes, and I’m excited to be part of this initiative to help even more families create special memories together. By championing inclusivity and accessibility, we can make children’s activities a place where every generation feels welcome.
